Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Directions:
Mix well. Roll into small ball. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with toothpicks.






• Clam Stuffed Mushrooms
This easy appetizer is a party favorite. Serve this finger food item on plate or platter that goes with your bridal shower decorations.


Ingredients:
2lbs. medium mushrooms (about 36)
1 (6 1/2 or 8oz.) can minced clams
1/2 cup butter
1 clove minced garlic (or 1/8 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms; mince stems. Place caps rounded side down on baking sheet.
Drain clams, and save liquid.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and brush some on caps.
In remaining butter, over medium heat, cook chopped stems, garlic, and reserved clam juice, until stems are tender. Stir in clams and remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into caps.
Bake for 15 minutes.


Easy Cold Recipes

• Bread Dip
This is a delicious and easy appetizer recipe that is quick to prepare. Display the bread bowl in the center of a decorative plate. Then fill with the dip. Put the cut pieces around the bread bowl for easy dipping.

Ingredients:                                                                                                                    One round rye or pumpernickel loaf of bread
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. Beaumonde


Directions:
Cut out center of bread to make a bowl. Take the section you removed, and slice into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients and fill the bowl. Use precut pieces for dipping.This easy appetizer is a crowd-pleaser.






• Fruit Dip

This is one of the more popular appetizer party recipes. It can also be used as a dessert. Put the dip in a bowl, and sit in the center of a large tray or plate that goes with party decor. Place fruit around it for a pretty and colorful presentation. Your guests will never guess how simple this was to make.

Ingredients:
1 large Cool Whip
instant cocoa
Mix cocoa with Cool Whip to sweeten to taste.  Serve with fruit (bananas, apples, strawberries, etc.)
