Kind Thoughts Box

When I was throwing my mother a bridal shower, I came up with an idea that I knew she would really love. I bought a porcelain jar in her wedding colors. I cut up strips of paper, supplied a few pens, and made a sign that said "Kind Thoughts for the Bride". I set it next to the entrance. As people came in, they would write a simple note to the bride, and put it inside the jar. Then at the end of shower she got to take it home. It served as a nice reminder of all of the loving people she had in her life. She really loved it. So, if someone you know is a very sentimental person, this might be a good idea for her.
