The creative person behind this design is Kathy Rutiman, owner of Body Rocks, based in White Lake, Michigan. She creates handmade crystal and pearl jewelry. In person, this design of clear, blue, and silver crystals is spectacular, with lots of "sparkle". It is attached to a sheer polka dot ribbon, with silver edge trim, and has a narrow white ribbon for hanging.
