Appetizer Party Recipes

Sausage Balls
Delicious sausage ball snacks.
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Directions:
Mix well. Roll into small ball. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with toothpicks.



Fruit Dip
One of the more popular appetizer party recipes, this can also be used as a dessert.
Ingredients:
1 large Cool Whip
instant cocoa
Mix cocoa with Cool Whip to sweeten to taste. Serve with fruit (bananas, apples, strawberries, etc.)

Bread Dip
Delicious and easy appetizer recipe that is quick to prepare.
One round rye or pumpernickel loaf of bread
Ingredients:
16 oz. sour cream
16 oz. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. Beaumonde
Directions:
Cut out center of bread to make a bowl. Take the section you removed, and slice into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and fill the bowl. Use precut pieces for dipping.
This easy appetizer is a crowd-pleaser.



Clam Stuffed Mushrooms
This easy appetizer Ingredients:
2lbs. medium mushrooms (about 36)
1 (6 1/2 or 8oz.) can minced clams
1/2 cup butter
1 clove minced garlic (or 1/8 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms; mince stems. Place caps rounded side down on baking sheet.
Drain clams, and save liquid.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In skillet, over mediumheat, melt butter and brush some on caps.
In remaining butter, over medium heat, cook chopped stems, garlic, and reserved clam juice, until stems are tender. Stir in clams and remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into caps.
Bake for 15 minutes.
